Although it includes a few visual references to classics like “The Forest,” “Lullaby,” “Burn,” and “The Funeral Party,” my main goal was to capture the essence of the band. It’s about the music, not the person—the veil conceals identity and removes ego. The white sheet creates a soft, ghostly, introspective mood. The red lips stand out as a symbol of storytelling and love, while also nodding to Robert Smith’s iconic look.
