Collectionzz, LLC and/or its affiliates provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Collectionzz you accept these conditions.

RETURN POLICY All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

OVERSOLD ITEMS Occasionally, due to unforeseen technical errors in the website, items may be oversold. In the event your order is affected by such an error, you will be promptly refunded and notified by email.

SHIPPING Please allow 8 weeks from the date of purchase for us to ship your package. You will automatically receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We do however try to ship quicker than this estimate. Orders with delivery addresses outside of the United States may be subject to additional taxes and/or customs charges imposed by your country's customs office. If taxes or fees are owed to your government, you will be responsible for paying them when you receive your order. The taxes or fees are not included in the price of your order. We are not liable for stolen packages or damaged packages. We handle the delivery of damaged products on a case by case basis.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS When you visit Collectionzz or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically.

COPYRIGHT All content included on this site is the property of Collectionzz and protected by United States and international copyright laws. It may not be reproduced or retransmitted without our written consent.

AMBASSADOR PROGRAM The Collectionzz Ambassador Program (the “Program”) is invitation-only. By accepting an invitation, using an ambassador code, or otherwise participating, you agree to the following terms in addition to the policies above.

NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP Your participation in the Program is voluntary and does not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and Collectionzz. You are an independent participant and are not an employee, contractor, agent, or representative of Collectionzz for any purpose. You are not entitled to wages, salary, benefits, insurance, workers’ compensation, unemployment, or any other employee benefit. You have no authority to bind Collectionzz or act on its behalf and may not hold yourself out as doing so. You control whether and how you participate; nothing obligates you to purchase or promote anything. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from your participation or any rewards you receive, and Collectionzz does not withhold taxes on your behalf.

COLLECTIONZZ COINS & STORE CREDIT ARE NOT CASH Rewards earned through the Program are issued as promotional store credit, loyalty points, or “Collectionzz Coins” (collectively, “Rewards”). Rewards are a promotional benefit only and are not money. To the fullest extent permitted by law: Rewards have no cash value and are not legal tender, currency, a bank deposit, a gift card, a stored-value or prepaid instrument, or a security; Rewards cannot be redeemed for, exchanged for, or converted into cash, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, assigned, or combined between accounts, except where required by law; Rewards may be applied only toward eligible purchases on collectionzz.com, subject to stated conditions; Rewards do not accrue interest and are not insured; and Collectionzz may modify, reduce, revalue, expire, suspend, or cancel Rewards, or change earn and redemption rates, at any time in its sole discretion. Rewards are a limited, revocable license to a promotional benefit and do not constitute property or a vested right. You are responsible for any taxes associated with Rewards.

REWARD CONDITIONS Rewards are earned only on valid, completed, non-fraudulent orders by eligible first-time customers. If an order that generated a Reward is later canceled, refunded, charged back, or found ineligible or fraudulent, the associated Reward may be reversed or deducted. Self-referral, using your own code, or artificially generating orders is prohibited and may result in forfeiture and removal from the Program. Codes are for eligible first-time customers only, may be limited to specific products, and may be deactivated at any time, including on sell-out.

DISCLOSURE & CONDUCT When promoting Collectionzz or sharing a code, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your connection to Collectionzz in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and applicable law (for example, “#ad”). You must be truthful and must not make false or misleading claims or engage in spam, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful conduct. You are solely responsible for your content and communications.

ANTI-FLIPPING Pieces allocated to you as a member benefit are for your personal collection. Reselling or transferring member-allocated pieces for profit, leaking embargoed previews or confidential information, or misusing codes violates these terms and may result in immediate removal, forfeiture of Rewards and allocations, and cancellation of orders.

PROGRAM CHANGES & TERMINATION Collectionzz may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, these terms, or any Reward or benefit at any time, with or without notice, and may remove any participant for any reason. You may leave the Program at any time. Upon termination or removal, your codes and unredeemed Rewards may be deactivated and forfeited to the extent permitted by law. The Program and Rewards are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
