On February 11th at noon (and again on February 12 & 14th) with no advance warning, Paul McCartney posted on his social media the following message:

PAUL McCARTNEY ROCKS THE BOWERY
Tuesday, February 11th
Bowery Ballroom
5:00 Doors
6:30 Showtime

Tickets on sale now only at Bowery Ballroom box office. No tickets sold online.
First come, first served. One ticket per person.

Fans scrambled to get down to the Bowery Ballroom, and seemingly every person who ended up getting a ticket had woken up on Tuesday with no idea that they’d be seeing a Paul McCartney concert at what is usually dinnertime.

The shows spanned McCartney’s entire recorded career, from 1963 (“From Me to You”) to his 1970s solo hits and even last year’s “final” Beatles song, “Now and Then.” In between, of course, was nearly every song you’d need to hear: big crowd singalongs on “Hey Jude” and “Ob-la-di Ob-la-da,” romps through “Get Back,” “Jet” and “Got to Get You Into My Life”; deeper cuts like “Letting Go,” “Let Me Roll It” and “Mrs. Vandebilt”; a pair of 21st-century tracks (“My Valentine,” “Come on to Me”); acoustic songs like “I’ve Just Seen a Face” and a solo “Blackbird.”

“This has been a blast — we’ve looved it,” McCartney said as the band left the stage for good.

We are proud to produce the official concert poster for the events, illustrated by the fantastic Santi Pozzi. The posters sold at the venue were lithographs, but we are able to offer Santi's Artist Proofs as screenprints. Each print is hand-marked in pencil as AP and embossed with the Collectionzz Artist Proof stamp.

"From listening to obladi oblada in my mother's car in the mornings going to school in Venado Tuerto, to this, nothing makes sense, I at least don't understand anything. Thank you Paul Mccartney for existing." - Santi Pozzi
